JIZCON International Engineering and Construction combines project management, construction, EPC delivery and material supply under a single contract, coordinated by an in-house team of engineers and estimators.
Every project carries its own set of challenges, so JIZCON International manages by method rather than improvisation. Planning and monitoring runs on Primavera P6, tracked against an Earned Value Management system, with Dr. Deming's plan-do-check-act cycle providing continuous course correction through the project life cycle. This same expertise allows the firm to act as employer's agent, assisting clients in selecting consulting engineers, quantity surveyors, and implementation or operation and maintenance contractors, and supervising delivery within budget and schedule to international quality, health, safety and environment standards.
JIZCON International offers a complete package of construction services including civil works, mechanical erection works, and instrumentation and control works. Management carries extensive experience executing multi-disciplinary projects under challenging conditions throughout the region, supported by a trained pool of management, engineering, commercial and technical staff, together with a fleet of equipment and plant that can be mobilized on short notice.
Project management expertise, matured management systems, and a proven record delivering complex projects under demanding conditions provide the basis for undertaking work on an EPC and lump sum turn-key (LSTK) basis. Engineering services are sourced through trusted affiliates, while procurement and construction are carried out in-house, making JIZCON International a single point of contact for complete project management and implementation.
JIZCON International maintains an active interest in the material and labor supply of road works, including bitumen, cement, steel, stone metal and stone crush, each sourced and supplied to standard quality.
A managerial core is supported by dedicated erection and site crews, scaled to each contract.
A working inventory kept ready for mobilization, covering rigging, cutting, fastening and site safety equipment.
